  • Feedback at the bottom of the side menu opens an email to us with your workspace and the page you’re on already filled in. Add what happened, or what you’d like to see.
  • When an error message shows a req id, click Report next to it. The email includes the error and the request id, which lets us find exactly what went wrong.

If clicking a link doesn’t open an email, write to [email protected] from any mail app.

What helps us fix a problem fast

  • The monitor or page involved.
  • The request id, if an error showed one.
